A matter or priorities

As you will have seen elsewhere on this site Louise and I are moving home in order to be able to look after her parents.

Unfortunately Louise's stepfather has taken a turn for the worse and is now eriously ill in hospital. We spent all last night at his bedside and Lou and her mother are there again tonight. I pray that we will have to perform the same vigil tomorrow night, but I fear not.

Lou and I have spent the last five weeks or so ferrying between Sheppey and Broadstairs in an effort and look after the old folks, whilst getting on with our own lives. That has inevitably had its toll on my time and my ability to update my blog.

Please accept my apologies for the recent lack of entries on my blog and potentially the lack of them in the next week or so.

Please have patience. It is all a matter of priorities.
