After the letter I wrote to you on 16.01.12 you kindly wrote to Amicus Horizon for me regarding the issues I am having with my heating.

I would like to say a big thank you to you as this is now relsoved and a gas fired central heating system is now being installed in my property.

I can honestly say we are so happy and so very relieved to have this [issue] resolved, it is the best possible outcome for all of us. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for your intervention in this case and taking the time to contact KCC and make further inquiries, I feel that without your help we probably would not have got the outcome which we have.

Although our dealings with Warmfront left a lot to be desired - It is gratifying to know what an excellent service your office and staff have afforded us during this time.

We are impressed with your courtesy, expertise and very sound advice. We would not have been able to progess the situation and reach a successful conclusion - without your input.

I will think twice before moaning about politicians..... The system works and works very well..... Thank very much.

Dear Mr Henderson

May I congratulate you on your stand for your constituents over the vote to allow us a referendum on Europe. I was so pleased to see you voted against the motion that was put to Parliament. Can I please ask you to keep pushing for a vote on this issue. I personally would like a vote asking if we want to stay in or get out.

I think we would be better out. When we had the last referendum we were led to believe it was going to be a trading market and not this awful thing it has developed into. We would be a better trading nation with the rest of the world, as we could choose or own trading partners.

I would therefore ask you to keep up the pressure on the referendum issue.
