Local MP, Gordon Henderson is using the air waves to extend his advice surgery service.

Currently, Mr Henderson has a surgery at his Sittingbourne constituency office on the second Friday of every month and at the Sheerness site of Sheppey College on the third Friday of every month.

In addition, Mr Henderson now has a monthly slot on the Matthew Judd Show on local community radio Bridge FM, during which he takes questions from listeners, talking to them either on or off air, depending which individuals prefer.

Mr Henderson said:

“I am delighted that BRFM have agreed a monthly slot for me to do an on air surgery.

“I want to be as accessible as possible to the community I represent and broadcasting on a local radio station is just another way of communicating with people.”
