MP supports money and debt advice for his constituents
Local MP, Gordon Henderson is urging constituents who are experiencing money and debt problems to contact the Money Advice Trust.
The Money Advice Trust is a charity set up to provide free help, advice and information on money and debt. They can also direct members of the public to other relevant organisations including:

Mr Henderson said,
“According to the Money Advice Trust, the average household debt in the UK, excluding mortgages, is £8,628. This is usually caused by credit card borrowing, motor finance deals and overdrafts.
“I urge any of my constituents in Sittingbourne and Sheppey who are experiencing money and debt problems to contact one of the many advice helplines available to them to try and reduce their debts and gain control of them.”
